Email-marketing manager

LOCATION: REMOTE / Kiev / Lviv

Experience: 3+ years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  developing an email marketing strategy (email, sms, push, messengers);
•  creating email templates;
•  development of a chain of emails, creation of a content plan for mailings;
•  working with an existing customer base (segmentation, hygiene);
•  analysis and segmentation of the target audience;
•  working with various tools (email, chatbot, mobpush, inapp);
•  planning and setting up all communications with the client via email, push, and/or sms channels;
• developing and implementing mailing strategies through direct marketing channels;
• optimization of email marketing based on obtained results;
• generate hypotheses for experiments, run them, and analyze the results;
• test the hypotheses of the campaigns you launch;
• analyze their effectiveness and generate reports;
• continuously improve the effectiveness of email campaigns;
• interacting with other departments to run joint campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  3 years of experience in a similar position;
•  understanding of marketing basics (sales funnel, acquisition, retention, customer loyalty, returns);
•  experience with mailing services;
•  experience in creating email templates and email databases for work;
•  knowledge of task managers and the ability to work with them;
•  understanding the technical side of e-mail newsletters;
•  experience analyzing current trends and implementing global practices of email marketing;
•  experience testing email campaigns;
•  experience writing texts with competent written communication;
•  intermediate English level;
•  attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a team.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE:

•  experience working with databases of 50k emails and campaigns of 2-3 million emails/mo;
