Omegarender is a group of enthusiasts who love everything about CGI technologies and Archviz. At first, our clients typically think that we are a photography studio and are surprised to learn that all of our work is created on a computer. Our studio demands incredible curiosity, tough self-criticism, and a hard work spirit. We don’t get paid for the fact that we do modeling and rendering of an object without deviating from the task; we get paid because Omegarender knows how to make the coolest eye-catching images. At least, that’s what our managers hear from Binghatti’s real estate agents, Avroko’s designers, and Zaha Hadid’s and Gensler’s architects.

Omegarender is actively growing, and we are looking for an HR Director to join our team and help build, develop, and support top talent in the architectural visualization industry. If you are passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams in a fast-paced creative environment — this role is for you.
Requirenmnets:
1. 5+ years of experience in HR
2. 2+ years in management roles
3. Deep understanding of HR processes and HR strategy
4. Strong communication and leadership skills
5. Analytical mindset and a structured, systematic approach
6. Ability to work with risks, cultural changes, and fluctuations in workload
7. High level of responsibility, honesty, openness, and the ability to become a reliable team member — someone who can be trusted with the company’s image
8. English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the studio’s business goals
•Create, document, and optimize HR policies and procedures
•Build talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance evaluation frameworks, employee value proposition, and employer brand
•Develop performance metrics and KPI standards
•Forecast HR-related risks and create mitigation plans
•Monitor the salary market and compensation benchmarks
•Participate in leadership, management, and company-wide meetings, as well as strategic sessions
•Ensure a strong employee experience — from onboarding to long-term engagement and development
•Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
•Design and implement HR process automation
•Act as a trusted point of contact for the team and the company brand
•Participate in budgeting processes
