We don’t get paid for the fact that we do modeling and rendering of an object without deviating from the task; we get paid because Omegarender knows how to make the coolest eye-catching images. We’re hiring: We are looking for a structured and proactive HR Manager who will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, development of HR processes, and support of the company’s operational activities in a remote environment.
This role combines People Operations, HR administration, and organizational business support.
Requirenmnets:
•2–3+ years of experience in HR / People Operations
•Experience working with remote teams
•English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Ability to structure processes and information
•Experience in developing policies and systems
•Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive)
•High level of independence and accountability
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
•Full employee onboarding cycle: preparation of documentation, access setup, and support during the adaptation period
•Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees
•Supporting employees with work-related and organizational matters
•Full offboarding cycle: final settlements, access deactivation, and exit interviews
•Monitoring probation period completion
•Supporting corporate culture and team engagement
•Organizing employee celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries, and company holidays)
HR Administration & Documentation
•Preparation and maintenance of HR documentation
•Development and updating of internal policies and procedures
•Maintaining the internal knowledge base for employees
•Preparing reports on payroll and compensation
•Managing vacations, sick leaves, and other HR processes
•Setting up and administering work-related tools and services
Business & Operational Support
•Organizing business trips: logistics, bookings, and coordination
•Supporting employees during business trips
•Scheduling meetings and coordinating internal processes
•Conducting detailed research for business tasks
•Consolidating information and preparing presentations
